McColl Racing Enterprises – Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how product returns are handled by McColl Racing Enterprises (“McColl Racing,” “MRE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This policy applies to products purchased through our website or directly from our team. All returns are subject to the terms outlined below and applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by McColl Racing Enterprises.

To be considered for a return:

(a) Customers must contact McColl Racing Enterprises to request return authorization before returning an item.

(b) Items must generally be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging, where applicable.

(c) Proof of purchase is required.

(d) Customers must provide the order number or proof of purchase, identify the item being returned, and explain the reason for the return.

All return requests are assessed individually. Any return approval is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Return Initiation Process

To request a return, customers must email penny@mccollracing.ca with the following information:

(a) Order number or proof of purchase.

(b) Item being returned.

(c) Reason for the return.

McColl Racing Enterprises will review the request and provide instructions for returning the item by shipment or in-person delivery, where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error by McColl Racing Enterprises, confirmed shipping damage, or a verified defective product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, except where otherwise required by applicable law:

(a) Electrical components.

(b) Custom-fabricated parts.

(c) Special-order or made-to-order items.

(d) Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.

(e) Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use or wear.

6. Inspection Process

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt by McColl Racing Enterprises. Returns that do not meet the applicable eligibility requirements may be refused.

If a return is refused, the customer will be notified. Where applicable, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense, subject to applicable law.

7. Refund Method

Approved returns will generally be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, at the discretion of McColl Racing Enterprises.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Any refund or store credit will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For products that have been shipped to the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an approved return, including the cost of returning the item to McColl Racing Enterprises.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the return results from an error by McColl Racing Enterprises or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely and shipped using an appropriate shipping method. McColl Racing Enterprises is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, subject to applicable law.

9. In-Person Return Location

Customers wishing to return an item in person must contact McColl Racing Enterprises in advance to obtain return authorization and confirm the appropriate delivery arrangements.

10. Modifications to This Policy
